RociFi is DeFi protocol for the under-collateralized lending and the creator of NFCS, Trust and Reputation DeFi credentials.
Supported by such investors as Nexo, GoldenTree, ArringtonXRPCapital, Sygnum Capital at its core the protocol leverages on-chain data, machine learning, and Web3-native risk-management to effectively and profitably facilitate under-collateralized loans via blockchain.
As Chief Growth Officer, you will own scaling user acquisition on both borrower and lender sides. You will be responsible for the multi-channel expansion through product-led growth, DeFi content and thought leadership, viral growth hacking and branding.
Tasks
-Build and execute user acquisition engine on both lender and borrower sides
-Plan and manage various Web3 user acquisition campaigns on Galaxy/eco, Layer3, Quest3
-Lead relationships with various high-profile financial and DeFi media
-Launch influencer campaigns
-Lead thought leadership content strategy around Web3, Lending, DeFi
-Lead the team to create marketing strategies and tactics to hit growth milestones and KPIs
-Help further grow the team by owning the hiring plan and coordinating hiring, external and internal
-Collaborate with management, product, engineering and data analytics teams
-Manage crisis communication
-Orchestrate communication and members acquisition plan as we will be transitioning to DAO
-Develop and lead RociFi’s overall communications strategy
-Manage the production of demos, tutorials, technical papers and conference presentations necessary to grow RociFi’s active community.
-Generate interest and excitement in RociFi through intelligent promotion and marketing of our products, services and brand.
-Manage RociFi’s growth through social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn)
-Establish conference goals as it relates to user acquisition, partnership opportunities, brand recognition, and recruiting
Requirements
You are an ideal candidate if you:
-Have strong understanding of DeFi specifics, DAOs landscape and particularly, crypto lending
-Are obsessed with growth and delivered impressive numbers through innovative strategies across multiple channels in your previous experience
-Have personal social media accounts with proven engagement within crypto communities (esp. Twitter)
-Have experience leading marketing activities for successful crypto projects
-Have strong copywriting and analytical skills
-Understand the difference in user acquisition and communication strategies between blockchain space and the corporate world and most startups
-Are both creative and data-driven starting from insights to drive exponential growth
-Have experience overseeing a budget, managing team and driving accountable growth
-Have extreme focus on quality of work and a strong eye for detail.
